How to Delete Your Account

If you no longer wish to use our services, you can delete your account at any time. Please follow the steps below to permanently remove your account and associated data.

Important Notes Before Deleting Your Account:

✅ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
✅ All your data, preferences, and history will be erased.
✅ If you have an active subscription or pending transactions, cancel them first.

Step-by-Step Guide to Delete Your Account

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

1. Open your GeoCatch App.
2. Login into your account.

Step 2: Access Account Settings

1. Once logged in, click on "Settings" on the bottom menu.

Step 3: Navigate to Security Settings

1. In the Settings menu, find and click on "Security Settings."
2. Find the "Delete Account" option.

Step 4: Initiate Account Deletion

1. Click on the "Delete Account" button.
2. A confirmation screen will appear explaining the consequences of deleting your account.

Step 5: Confirm Account Deletion

1. In the confirmation prompt, type "Delete" in the provided field.
2. Click "Confirm" or "Delete My Account" to finalize the process.

What Happens Next?

• Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
• You will be logged out automatically.
• If you change your mind, you’ll need to create a new account from scratch.
